Accordingly, Tat Carpet’s environmental policy is to:
• Minimize the negative
environmental impacts of our activities, prevent environmental
pollution at its source, and adopt preventive approaches aimed at
environmental protection,
• Comply with all applicable environmental legislation currently in
force and relevant to our organization,
• Keep under control the waste and emissions that may arise as a
result of production activities and prevent all kinds of
environmental pollution that may result from such waste and
emissions,
• Reduce the generation of waste at its source and/or dispose of it
properly,
• Minimize the use of energy, natural resources and raw materials as
much as possible and give priority to inputs that can be recovered
and/or reused,
• Determine environmental objectives and targets aimed at improving
environmental performance, provide the necessary resources to
achieve these targets, and commit to the continuous improvement of
the environmental management system,
• Ensure that all employees are regularly informed about
environmental legislation, environmental risks and environmental
practices in order to increase environmental awareness and develop
their consciousness.
Tat Carpet aims, in line with this environmental policy, to fulfill its environmental responsibilities, increase its competitiveness in national and international markets with a sustainable production approach, and leave a livable environment for future generations.
